Party Questions
For weekends, at least 3 weeks ahead. For peak summer Saturdays, 6 weeks. Weekdays usually have more flexibility — sometimes we can fit you in within a week.
We monitor closely — if we have to close for lightning or severe weather, we'll work with you to reschedule at no charge or apply your full payment as a credit. Light rain doesn't slow us down.
Absolutely — and they should. Adults are welcome on the park; the only requirement is age 6 minimum and a life jacket (free, included).
Yes — a $150 or 50% (whichever is higher) deposit secures your date. Final headcount and payment are due 15 days before the event.
You can bring your own cake to all packages. Outside food rules vary by package — Splash allows BYO; Wave and Tidal include catering. Buyouts and corporate events: yes, with prior approval.
Kids under 6 can't go on the aqua park, but they can hang out at the beach or pools with a Resort Pass. Non-swimmers age 6+ can ride with proper life jacket fit and a quick safety briefing — our lifeguards keep close watch. For Private Parties or Buyouts, younger or non-swimmer guests can go on the aqua park with their parents.
Yes — buyouts run before 11 AM or after 6 PM (when the regular sessions don't operate). Weekends book months in advance, so call early.
